Stayed upstairs at the Red Brick & Roses place. Wallpaper falling down, doors don't close completely or don't latch. Emergency lighting doesn't work, for extinguisher was last inspected 10 years ago. We have stayed in B&Bs for many years now and this is the worst I've ever been in. So disappointed. Haven't had breakfast yet, but not expecting much.

I recommend getting as many friends as you can to go. I went once with a group of friends, & once with 2 couples. The storyline was a bit risqué, so probably a little awkward for the family that was there... they didn't dress up & I think thought the rest of us were crazy, so don't go if you... More

My husband and I did one of the 1920s murder mysteries and stayed the night in the Egyptian Room at the White Peacock. The Murder Mystery was so much fun and the food was fantastic! My favorite was the green chili bisque. SO GOOD! The room had a great theme and was very nice! The owners were extremely welcoming and... More

we had so much fun! It was great service and everyone was very nice. The food was very good and we got a full course meal. I liked the main lady and everyone else was in character the whole time. We will def be going back!

This was my second murder mystery that I've attended. I absolutely loved it! I go with a group from work and we always have a great time! The food is wonderful and the staff are very accommodating. The house is just beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. It's a great date night as... More

This was the third murder mystery for my daughter and I. Once again we had a great time and the other guests were fun. We stayed in the Parlor Room. The bed was very comfy. Dinner and breakfast were both good. We always have a good time. Looking forward to the next murder mystery and maybe have a ghostly visit.... More

I really enjoyed the murder mystery. I was a little worried as to whether I would enjoy it when I first arrived because I am a little shy and I knew that I would be called upon to speak a clue in front of the group. Uta (staff member's character) was great at making everyone feel at ease and keeping... More

This was our first time here and have to say we had a blast. I think everything was planned out pretty well for all guests. We had a great time exploring the house and learning the history of it. It was a little warm during the murder mystery but not sure there would be much you could do about that... More

The murder mystery was ok, but the accomedations are unsatisfactory! The mattress in all the rooms were very hard, the premises at the white peacock was very messy and unsanitary. There were lots of animals ALL around the grounds along with a lot if mess. We also found a hair in our pie. The owner was very rude and vulgar!... More

While it's great to know that you enjoyed the Murder Mystery, I'm so sorry to hear that you were disappointed by not only me, but with your accommodation as well. You should never feel that our grounds are unsanitary in any way and I'll definitely show the area some extra attention to make sure that things are in top shape... More
