This hotel is a good value. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. There were some minor hints that the hotel is trying to maintain a tight budget (e.g., patched plaster, bedskirts that were slightly too large for the foundation, curtains that weren't exactly the right length), but we found no real problems with the room. We appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room.
The breakfast is wonderful! The kitchen attendant was quite friendly, making our waffles and scrambled eggs for us while chatting with us and other guests. The breakfast included anything you could want, including biscuits and gravy and numerous pastries.
The hotel is located next to a locally popular restaurant, Speedy Gonzales, and is not far from a 1950s-themed cafe, the Be-Bop Diner.
All in all, we found this hotel to be more than adequate and definitely more affordable than several other hotels in the Tulsa area. more
