The front desk staff were VERY unfriendly both at checkin and breakfast and at checkout. Stayed here after a long drive from Flagstaff. Actually got a non-smoking room without a reservation! Very courteous desk clerk -Even with a crowd and late hour!!! The room was absolutely spotless.
