Our 8 rooms were reserved a month in advance and upon check in no record for 3 of them. The facility was incredibly filthy and lacked the proper upkeep common with most Best Western facilities. The BW was a surprisingly pleasant hotel for a visit to Vance AFB in early Feb. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean.
