I was pleased with this hotel overall. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. My room was spacious (other than the very small bathroom), and had a great A/C and shower. Stayed here in April 2003. The motel is very new as it still had that new smell to it. Staff was very friendly. Check in was prompt and courteous. Free breakfast was included and offered more than more motel chains. Easy access to I-35 and close to IHOP and other restaurants. more
