Annex rooms have a bad smell and overall feeling of not clean. Trash bags piled high in the foyer that had started to smell. We asked for refund and they were kind and gave our money back. The window ledges need to be dusted and the commode lid sure need to be changed.

Honestly, this is is exactly what you'd expect for the price and the area. Its a small, old motel in an out of the way tiny town.To expect more is nuts. That said, its old and worn out. The beds are uncomfortable. It could definitely use some tender loving care. The important part though....its clean. Very clean. I was impressed.... More

We've been going to the Clayton/Sardis Lake area for years on offroad trips and will always try to stay here. It's a small motel that's family owned, clean even though the décor is still from the mid-80's. Nice parking for trailers (many fishing tournaments locally also) and good restaurant right next door. Oh, saw other post- No, internet /wireless would... More

A & A is just what we were looking for. The place is clean, quiet, has a friendly atmosphere and nice hospitality. The town is small with a lot of Choctaw Indian culture. The mountains are beautiful and the weather was very nice. A great spot to stop!

Owners were very helpful. Very sociable & easy to work with. Due to hauling my buggy on a large gooseneck they offer for me to park at annex lot for ease of coming & going. Location is great due to food across street- breakfast & dinner.

Sheets were stained headboard was dusty. Could not use ac because of the smell! Overgrown weeds and grass. Would rather sleep in the car. Internet/wireless would not work. There was a smell of bleach when I checked in to the room.

Rooms aren't the best, but it is right next to the trails, which is all that really mattered to our group. Would be nice to see them put a little money into the place. I will stay here again next time I'm in clayton.
