The Best Western Kenosha Inn in Broken Arrow is a great place to stay whether planned ahead of time, or at a moment's notice. The staff was courteous, professional, friendly and caring. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the hotel very quiet. Great value for the location!

This was a beautiful property. the front of the hotel had downstairs rooms and the back of the hotel had downstairs rooms. This was wonderful. there was no stairs and yet it had two floors. Scenery out our door was spectacular. Everything was clean and neat and although we did not eat breakfast, I did take a yogurt and banana... More

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was more that sufficient for my stay. Excellent WiFi experience which is not always the case while traveling. A little challenging to locate, but worth the hunt. Could have used some gravy at breakfast though. Overall good experience.

Air Conditioner didn't work, Full Breakfast was a few pieces of sausage (cold) and frozen thawed egg patties. Not what I consider a full breakfast. Loud noisy machine switched off and on all night long next to our room 102. When I told the staff about the Air Conditioner he said "Really, huh." that was it. NEVER AGAIN! Remote control... More

We were traveling through and found this Best Western on the internist. The hotel was attractive and clean. The clerk, Vanessa, who checked us in was very helpful, especially, since I had made an error in my reservation. She went out of her way to correct the error.

I stayed here August 6-8, 2013, in room 108 (King room). This seems to be a typical Patel-type property: Everything is there, but it's just not quite all that it could be. For example, the very adequate flat screen TV is bolted to the top of the dresser and won't swivel in any direction, so the only place from which... More

Check in was easy and staff seemed nice enough. Hall had terrible odor. Seemed to be a lot of construction workers staying there, but was pretty quiet until the highway noise woke us up at around 5am. The bed was VERY hard. Breakfast area is small.

King Suite with Whirlpool. Bed was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. Had planned multi-night stay, but opted to check out early. Plus since was a painful, restless sleep, we didn't get to complete our activities planned for the day and opted to just go home. BW itself was fine, staff, loc., etc. I can overlook a lot, but...
