This is a couple of miles off the freeway, but worth it if you are looking for a reasonably priced motel. Not new, but not too old either. People were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was ok...nothing to write home about!

Room was convenient, comfortable and affordable. Did not have a refer or MW in this Super 8 but not a big issue. Clerk on duty was very courteous and helpful, which made the stay very enjoyable. Carpet needs to be replaced. Burn holes and dirty carpet. Leaking bathtub faucet. Bathroom door had a hole in it.

The stay at your facility was better than I expected. Due to Big 12 football games in the area, almost every facility was booked full. However, a competitor in the area called the Blackwell facility and helped me out. Rooms were somewhat "dated"but fine,otherwise.

Older hotel but reasonably clean. Room was clean and comfortable. The ac was on and the room was cool when we walked in. Continental breakfast was rather slight but the cinnamon rolls were loved by all. Very friendly staff as well. Overall, I would recommend.
