The tiltle says it all. This is a worn Best Western, well past its heyday. The owner is very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, this hotel obviously does not have it anymore. This is the only hotel in downtown Wooster. It's a much better location than out on the highway. We have stayed there several times over the years. For a while, it was looking tired, but was much improved on our recent visit. Our room was a nicely decorated and everything was in perfect condition. more

Granted, it wasn't a 5 star property, but the owner (Mr. Sun) acknowledges that already. The rooms we were given were clean and well equipped. This hotel is pretty much in line with other Best Westerns. Adequate with no frills. This is an old old hotel but it's been updated some and was clean. It feels very dated inside though. Ultimately it was cheaper than the Hilton, and I would stay there again if passing through. more

Stayed here for a wedding at the college. Best part about this hotel is the location....it is on E. Liberty St, in the center of town, a short walk from stores and restaurants.
