Checked into first room ,pulled back sheets and bed was full of hair. Checked into second room same thing(Yuch). Checked into Third room bed was clear but after turning on all lights found food crumbs all over floor. Called front desk for vacuum cleaner and They could not find one,so they brought a broom and dust pan. We had to... more

I arrived late and had stayed at this property a couple of times before and I had no major issues. I simply watched the evening news and went to bed. Soon after I kept hearing the toilet running and so I toggled the flusher in hopes it would stop and it soon did. I awoke again to the same noise... more

Avoid this Comfort Inn at all costs! I had a group stay there on a return trip from Branson to NYS. Terrible! Terrible! Rooms smelled. Dirty clothes in the rooms. Spoiled food in the rooms! Rooms were not cleaned. Toilets not working properly in some rooms. As tour planner for a motorcoach company we often use Comfort Inns and had... more

This was hands down one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I was part of a wedding group and no one liked the accommodations. The location was convenient, right off I-90 and near a bunch of stores and restaurants. But that's where the positives end. First impressions were not good as the lobby smelled like a bowling... more

The hotel was clean. I stayed for one night as part of a multistate trip. I arrived early in the morning on October 14, 2007 and left a few hours later. The hotel is run down. There are holes in the rug. The wireless Internet access did not work. The lobby had a computer with Internet access that was available... more

This was a difficult review to write, as we did have a **major** problem, however the hotel resolved it 100% to our satisfaction. Stayed here for two nights, booked two non-smoking rooms with two double beds each. Checked in very late, and our rooms were completely to our satisfaction, though both of the rooms had the bathroom sink outside of... more

We happened to stop here on the way home between Niagara Falls and Indiana. The facility looked new and was well maintained, with pleasant and knowledgable staff. Every employee we met was very professional. We enjoyed supper at the Mexican resaurant at the other end of the building. Good food at a good price. The pool area was immaculate, and... more

This hotel is just a bit off the "beaten path" but still VERY easy acces s to downtown Cleveland and eastern suburbs and corp centers. I90 is but a few yards from the entrance so there is no time to get going on the freeways. Rooms are clean, pool is nice, weight room adequate, and staff is very helpful. I've... more

The first room we were given had one bed that was in very bad shape, so I asked to be moved. This request was granted without problem. We placed our belongings in the second room and left to do a few things. Later that evening, after we had settled in, we decided to turn on the TV, only to get... more

My family and I stayed there two nights while visiting relatives. To begin, I have to say the employees I dealt with were excellent, particularly the lady who handled the continental breakfast every day. All were friendly and very helpful. It was not a bad neighborhood, as someone suggested previously; it's merely right off the interstate and in a working... more
