Should have known upon check in: 1) Checked in around 2pm. those who reserved rooms with 2 double beds were told they were not available even though the parking lot was deserted. Confirmation numbers apparently do not work anymore either. Very Rude staff, and hard to understand. 2) Upon actually opening the door to the room, it was so cold... More
