While this hotel wasn't the worst I've ever stayed in, there were a few more disappointments than I would have liked. They sent us to the wrong room and after the mistake we were upgraded to a better room. The toilet and phone in the upgraded room didn't work. After we asked them three times to fix it, they gave... more

We stopped here on our way through town. This hotel is clean. I am a clean freak and this hotel doesn't make my skin crawl. It's not a 5 star, but I would stay here again. more

I was not impressed at all with Crown Plaza. My friend missed my brothers wedding due to the poor valet and loosing the his keys. (they left them in the car unlocked!) My husband waited 30 minutes to get valet and when we checked out, we waited 45 minutes to get our car out. I even asked to get my... more
