My wife and I arrived to friendly assistance at check inn. Our room was very clean and inviting. The price was on par, if not cheaper, than other rooms around the area. However there are some areas that require some attention. To start the beds are very uncomfortable. I enjoy a firm mattress but these are springy and bouncy making... More

My wife and I stayed at the Dutch Host Inn as a gift from my in laws. The people in Amish country are extremely friendly, many things to do during prime season, however the beds here were extremely uncomfoetable. Everything had a slight old cigarette smoke smell. I probably wouldn't stay here again but it would be a last resort.

We were not familiar with the area at all, but we needed a get-away after a highly stressful fall semester. We did not know that the trip would basically be a scavenger hunt driving around the beautiful, snow covered country side in search of the companies that provided gift coupons as part of the holiday package. The weather cooperated in... More

Neat as a pin outside and in. Outside are brooms and shovels by your door in the winter. Each broom and shovel are arranged exactly the same for each room. Inside it's like walking into grandmas extra bedroom. Comfortable Amish furniture all polished. The floor had not one speck on it. Bathroom sparkled. The kind of a stay where you... More

My wife and I stayed at the Dutch Host Inn for an anniversary weekend trip. We booked the holiday package, which includes dinner for two, breakfast for two and a host of other free items at venues throughout the area. The package is a great deal and we had a lot of fun driving around, hitting most of the locations... More

We stayed here last week while in the area to see the musical at the Carlisle Inn. Very convenient as it is just across the road from the Carlisle, price is low, with a basic breakfast available. Extremely clean and comfortable.

I stayed at the Dutch Host Inn for a family reunion. The location is good and the staff was friendly. The decor is dated, but the room was very clean (not many amenities so bring your own cream rinse, lotion, etc.)

We have stayed here on several occasions over the past two years and we are never disappointed. The rooms are beyond clean, the property is beautifully maintained, and the price is always right especially with the packages they offer. We also love the location, quiet but not to far away from everything.
