First off, I have never been to a hotel where I had to wait outside to get into the lobby because the door was locked. Should have 2 people at front desk. I also understand this isn't a top of the line hotel but water seeping through baseboards after the toilet is flushed is not ok.

A reasonable price for having no breakfast. Just coffee available, but many restaurants nearby. Room was clean, water was hot and customer service good. The only downside, the desk clerk would go outside to smoke and visit and block the door open so as to hear the phone--therefore the inside stinks. Plus, the Wi Fi user name and password is... More

The thermostat is broken regarding heat. If you turn it on, it never goes off. It gets so hot, you have to turn the air conditioner on to cool the room down. Rinse, repeat. Since there's a 1/2 inch gap beneath the door, the bugs come in, even in winter. We put the cigarette burned blanket down in front of... More

It was very clean and quiet. We were very comfortable with our 3 dogs. There was a lot of grass to walk the dogs. Would love to stay when the pool is open. The breakfast was not exciting, but adequate. We would happily stay again.

I normally stay at the Hawthorne Suites when staying in Sharonville, however it seem they think more highly of their establishment than I do based upon their increased rates from 2014, so I looked elsewhere. Red Roof Inn is across the street and was almost 1/2 of the new rates, so I booked it and crossed my fingers. I was... More

We stayed here at the last minute. The room was clean enough, not perfect, but not horrid either. What is more upsetting to me is that this is a non smoking hotel and it was CLEAR the room had been smoked in. Enough that I got a headache. If hotels are going to threaten to charge people who smoke in... More

Room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaints I have was the water pressure was excessively weak and there was no chair in the room (only place to sit was on the bed). Easy to put up with though for a single night stay.

My room was very comfortable and very clean and very well priced. I would definitely stay again. They were also very friendly and helpful when I came in. I had the King size bed room with mini fridge and microwave.

This is an older motel that has been renovated. The bath was very small but adequate. The room itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. The location for our purposes was terrific. It's right off the interstate, less than a mile from the convention center and 10 eating establishments and 2 mini-markets within a tenth of a mile. The room... More

I like this location because it's just outside the city and just off the I-75 so getting around is easy, but it was hard to find the entrance to this place. It was late and night and my GPS wasn't all that helpful to get in there. Once I did I get checked and into my room very quickly and... More
