As a solo business traveler, I stay frequently in hotels and know the best of the bunch from the blahsay, and of the Country Inns that I've stayed in, I know of none better.
This is a brand new--- not remodeled (which would have been fine just the same) but BRAND NEW, hotel. According to management, open just abut 7 months now. It looks less than that, even. We're talking:
-Fresh carpet & paint--- the smell alone is evident, and it's a good thing :)
-Spacious rooms, large bathrooms with gorgeous granite countertops
-An attentive staff--- Ask for Tammi to check you in; she's a doll!
-Breakfast buffet style with multiple choices including eggs, sausage, and a waffle station
-Super clean pool--- well-maintained, well-used, and besides that, an ENORMOUS hot tub, fitting easily 8 people, both open til 12AM (nice touch; most close by 10PM)
-Fitness center for a way to unwind
-Lovely 24/hr business center.
-Onsite laundry
