Stayed 2 nights at the Campbell. We had the Fish and the Rack of Lamb and loved it. We love the chef on staff, the hiking, and the adult time. It's great to mingle with the other guests during the mingle hour. We always enjoy the bag pipe player on Saturday nights.

We stayed in the Mackenzie suite in the manor house. From the time we arrived , we were treated like royalty. This inn is a slice of heaven that you hope you never have to leave. Starting with the premier customer service and the ambience everywhere you turn. The nightly dinner is out of this world. Saying it is gourmet... More

Thank you for writing a review of “being treated like royalty.” Glenlaurel Inn attracts both romantics and foodies and our goal is to make you want to come back again and again. We pride ourselves on starting your day right with a 3-course breakfast so we’re glad you enjoyed that as well as your candlelit dinner. More

Stayed two nights in a cottage. We arrived after dark, the cottage was waiting, the lights on and music playing. The two fire places were both enjoyed. We used the hot tub which was right outside the bedroom door on a private deck. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We will come back.

There are already many, many glowing reviews of this facility, so read them, but our experience was a little disappointing. Before I start the list, let me say that the grounds and buildings are lovely and well maintained, and the area is wonderful. We had the Sinclair croft, which is attractive, cozy, and was tastefully decorated, in daylight, but not... More

Thank you for staying with us. You raised some important issues that I would like to address. We have 19 very unique rooms and the Sinclair is a favorite of many. The Inn is well-suited to couples and those seeking romance, peace, and tranquility. The ambiance is appreciated by many of our guests, including soft music and mood lighting. We’re... More

Setting is beautiful in the fall. Location is perfect to access Hocking Hills. Suites are private with hot tubs on a private deck. Kitchenette has microwave, small refrig and sink. Disappointments include fireplaces regulated by room thermostat, coffee in room is sub par compared to suite rate. Breakfast was not included in room rate. Main dish was not edible by... More

This Scottish-themed small lodge is located in a rural area of southeast Ohio, just outside the Hocking Hills State Park. We stayed in the lodge building where the restaurant is located. There are a number of cottages on the property which we observed on a walk through the grounds. It looks like these cottages would have a great deal of... More

Thanks so much for being our guests. The Manor and Carriage Houses were built in 1994 and are always being upgraded. Thank you for bringing the noise issues to our attention, we have addressed it with the staff. We offer a featured entrée each evening with optional choices of pork, chicken, or vegetarian every night. We have just recently started... More

As new retirees, my husband and I applied a gift from our children to a wonderful stay at Glenlaurel Inn. We appreciated the privacy of our suite along with the beautiful grounds and delicious meals. All service providers were wonderfully accommodating. The Inn balances the tranquility of the hills with a nice Scottish theme. We look forward to a return... More

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here as a gift from our children. We really enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The accommodations were beautiful, the food amazing, service superb, atmosphere and grounds relaxing. We enjoyed the fall hiking opportunities in the local area.

My boyfriend and I were both first time visitors and stayed in the MacBeth croft. We're in our early 30's, and have been to quite a few B&B's and were really looking forward to this one. Before our stay, we received plenty of email communication, welcoming us prior to our arrival. After you check in, make sure you stop by... More

I'll start by saying my husband and I are not big fans of B&Bs. Glenlaurel is different. We stayed in our own croft (small cottage) which had a screened porch and private hot tub. Everything about it was wonderful. Very relaxing. Wonderful accommodations and service - very friendly and helpful. Great food and tons of it! Our only complaint is... More
