“Horrible stay.”

I recommend not going there go to another hotel in area. Awful. Rude. Pool was nasty. Jacuzzi didn't work. Rooms weren't nice. They smelled. I will never go back. The breakfast wasn't bad. That was the only good thing.

“Great Customer Service and Stay”

The staff is great! They made my stay very pleasurable. Rooms were perfect for my family. The front desk provided some of the best service I have ever received while travelling. Location is very good to seeing everything in the area. This was our first time at this hotel and it was great.

Althought the front desk is helpful, the room curtain is designed to not closed, outsiders could see what you are doing(we are in the first floor), few choice on the breakfast. The hot tub is not working.

“A pleasure to stay at Port Clinton, OH Holiday Inn”

I want to share the great guest service I received. One day I needed some clothes cleaned for work. When it became apparent that the local dry cleaners could not get them done in time, the staff helped me out with their laundry facilities. And thanks to Alisha for all the delicious breakfasts.

“Solid choice”

A group of us checked out trip advisor when we couldn't find a suitable hotel in Port Clinton, glad we did. This hotel ticked all the boxes, Value, Cleanliness, Location, Staff. Can't find anything to complain about! We are not likely to be in this area again but can thoroughly recommend it.

“A safe and solid choice”

Recently remodeled and situated on an inlet of Lake Erie. Get a room on the backside of the hotel for a nice view. A short drive to all the spots of interest and the ferries to the nearby islands. Convenient to the OH turnpike and Ry 2.
