Our family stayed 4 nights, excellent hotel, great staff, very clean, good location, continental breakfast was nice, soft beds. My only complaint were the pillows were a little hard. Just a motel, the least swanky of our trip. But it was clean, large room, quiet. The nice woman taking care of the breakfast area made this motel a little nicer. She wiped off tables promptly and handed out crayons with game sheets to the children. more

As a Elite Marriott member, this is probably one of the most disappointing stays at a Fairfield Inn. Hotel staff was not overly pleasant or knowledgable about local dining. Hotel lobby, and hallways did not appear to be vacuumed. This is a *relatively* old hotel, about 12 years, but they finished a renovation about three months ago. The staff was incredible from check-in to check-out. They were courteous, friendly, helpful and HAPPY. We had alot of people at the hotel from out of town for a birthday party. Stayed here using Marriott points while visiting family in Youngstown. The hotel appeared to have been newly built, even through a previous review from 2005 said it was being renovated at that time.
