The room was painted & I called the front desk upon check in. Was told that it was booked solid & we could not change rooms. We slept with the window open the entire night & I got a terrible headache & a cold

We stay at this hotel everytime we visit the Youngstown area. It is a great place to stay for our whole family and it is a great value. It is located near alot of restraunts and the mall is less then a mile away.

Nice hotel to stay around Youngstown. It's not downtown, but it's very close to shops and restaurants. It's only a 10 min. drive to get downtown. Hotel is nice and clean and the rooms were also clean. I was there on busness so really didn't get to much time to talk to employees.

I had wrong date on reservation. Staff corrected upon arrival and even gave us an updated room. This is the quality of service we have received from Hampton's all over the Country. It is the best deal for the price we have experienced.
