We had reserved a room for three nights listed with a sofa, refrigerator, and microwave and didn’t get it because it was unavailable. Why were we able to reserve it? There is no spa/hot tub offered as advertising and photos mislead. There is no hi-speed internet connectivity—none whatsoever. There is a rail line behind the hotel and you’ll know it.... More

Everyone was great, doggie bags and bones at the front desk. Cookies also for everyone. People were friendly. We enjoyed our visit. There were chairs outside to sit and stargaze. Several pools and pizza delivery too! Walking distance to restaurants was a definite plus.

bugs in the bed, trains nearby ( 6 overnight) no sound barrier, and wifi was poor reception no discount was offered to a long time customer to try to keep business.. bathroom clean, room location sucked

Do not recommend. Musty smells in most rooms. Smoke free smelled like smoke. Smoke detector started going off at 5 am and no staff could fix it. Ants in one room and earwigs in another. Staff was friendly and helpful but facility needs work. Everyone in our large party with allergies were sneezing by day 1

if you can get used to the train that runs behind the hotel,we slept soundly,the staff went out of their way to take care of us,our little dog liked it.next door there is a cracker barrel,lovely town.

This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. Great surrounding interests, plenty to do. Very quiet hotel to stay in. I would recommend this hotel if you're in the are. Every time I'm in the area for my business, I stay here.

Smelled funny, bathroom was HOT and heat light didn't work right. No one around at breakfast time or for check on. Also, hard to get to, especially in the dark, because of how it's tucked in behind the Cracker Barrel.

The staff will go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. They are the best part of this hotel. It is a little outdated and they've removed the jacuzzi in the inside pool area. That was disappointing. Great weekend deals though.
