My wife and I stayed with Deb and Stacy a couple of weeks ago, and we are ever so glad we did. We spent one whole day in town, most of the time relaxing at the B&B. They have a wonderful front porch on a very pleasant street couched in a very scenic neighborhood. In the evening, we sat back... More

I grew up in Piqua (actually just a few blocks away from The Caldwell House). I came back into town for my 25th high school reunion, and during my search for accommodations, I was delighted to learn that Piqua had a B&B in what I already knew was a charming, quiet neighborhood. I stayed for two nights in the Chestnut... More

We stayed at the Calwell house for our wedding night and it was absolutely perfect! The room was very well kept and comfortable. Everything was so clean. We shared a wonderful breakfast and conversation with Deb the morning of our stay. Next time we are in town we will definitely be guests again. Thank you!

On a recent business trip with 2 co-workers, I had the pleasure of staying at the Caldwell House B&B. What made the experience memorable was the beautiful spirit and hospitality of the lovely owners, Deb & Stacey. Although we only stayed one night, I left feeling refreshed as if I came off a mini-vacation at my favorite aunt’s house. We... More

We were attracted to this place because of their emphasis on local, homegrown food and they did not disappoint! A delicious breakfast with great choices for tea, juice and milk (yes, they had almond milk too!). What we didn't count on (and were wowed by) was just how nice and accommodating the owners, Debbie and Stacy were. Need an extra... More

This is hands down the best B&B we've ever stayed in! Stacy & Deb are friendly down to earth gals and wonderful hostesses. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch, walks in the lovely historic neighborhood & viewing their landscaping & gardens out back. Our bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious, healthy & homemade. They provided us with plenty... More

My wife and I stayed at the Caldwell House B&B on our 47th wedding anniversary. Our stay was excellent. Stacy and Deb were excellent hosts and fun to talk with. They helped us locate a great restaurant as well as suggesting that we take a tour of the neighborhood to see the many lovely homes in the historic neighborhood. Should... More

My wife and I were looking to stay in a bed and breakfast near I-75 and just tried out the Caldwell House, but we were really in for a positive surprise. The old house had so much character, was extraordinarily clean and the breakfast was awesome, even by B&B standards... Deb and Stacy really made us feel at home. And... More

I travel often and I have stayed at many places but C. H. B&B one is one of the best. The room was clean, equipped, and comfortable. This was a quiet getaway that still felt like home and unlike a hotel/motel, there WAS NOT constant noise coming from the interstate keeping guests from sleeping, there was not any intoxicated guests... My significant other and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Caldwell House a few weeks ago. Deb and Stacy were fantastic hostesses, who happily went out of their way to accomodate us in every way they could. The historic home is beautifully maintained, and the food was excellent and homemade. We hope to be back soon!
