I stayed here last evening, just by chance enroute to WI. I had no idea this was a shopper's mecca! No time to shop and two dogs with me. The hotel is very nice!! Nicely appointed with a restaurant and bar. The room was great, the staff is AWESOME!! Camden (pretty sure his name) checked me in with a smile, a welcome and 2 bottles of water. Later, I went to the bar after taking my dog outside to order take-out. Dogs aren't allowed in the bar but just briefly for a food order. So, my order came up and as I'm heading for the elevator, my dog leaps forward and my plate goes crashing to the floor in the lobby. Camden says, "Don't worry" and they clean it up! John, the bartender, puts my order in again and then carries up to my room to help since I have the dog. I'm soon 67 years old and things are more complicated than they use to be:-( I checked out and just get to the Ohio Turnpike when I get a call from the hotel from Carrie. They have my credit card I dropped on the floor. I turn around and go back for it. I'm not prone to writing reviews but in this case, it was a must! Such a beautiful hotel but with staff who go above and beyond! THANK YOU!! I'll be back!

Nice clean hotel. The bed is moderately comfortable. The shower pressure is good and the room was very nice. Overall a good place to stay if you are in the area. There is a breakfast option in the lobby if you need it but there are multiple places in the area as well.

Nine of us were in the area for BG’s graduation. This was a great place to stay. I didn’t realize you could trust a hotel this close to $100/night. The room was clean and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The secret here is the restaurant/bar and it’s staff. All the area restaurants had long waits so we settled in at the hotel for the night. John was fantastic! Didn’t write down a single order, yet nailed our meals/drinks. Though they were quite busy with a corporate event, he gave us his full attention. The menu was ridiculously extensive to our surprise and the food was quite tasty. Isabella gave us great service at breakfast. The buffet is a steal! I hope to have an excuse to get back there!

Maybe four stars is a little generous....this is a standard chain hotel and feels like it's towards the latter part of its renovation cycle. Room looked a little used, banged up, and maybe I haven't stayed in enough Hilton Garden Inns lately but the whole decor etc just felt past its prime. But still just fine honestly - you're not hear for the experience. The strong positive for this hotel for me is the location. - Quite close to Ohio Turnpike... -... but in the walkable Levis Common lifestyle center area with lots of restaurants etc if you need a break after driving. - and of particular importance to me, Chargepoint level 2 EV chargers across the traffic circle within the Levis Common complex from this hotel. Super easy to leave the EV there for the night and be ready to go fully charged in the morning. Not that remakable on it's own, bu tthis stretch of the Midwest/I-90 doesn't seem that great for convenient EV charging hotels. Also a Tru Hotel within the same complex that would have the same benefits as well - feel free to check that out (may be a bit newer?).

The room smelt like cigarette smoke, the sheets were old and dingy, someone dog kept barking, staff wasn't friendly. The bathroom was the nicest area. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants.

Nothing negative to say about this location. Meeting rooms were spacious and well organized with accommodations for the various meeting activities and venues. Rooms were clean and neat and easy access to the group activities. Service was excellent and exemplary during my entire stay. The food was unbelievable and second to none!

Had some housekeeping issues with our room handled by the front desk. Looks like they’re trying to do some small updates. This is an older hotel, but clean and very good service. We stayed one night and did have breakfast there the following morning, which is not included, but was cooked order, and very good. we strongly suggest for dinner, trying Agave and Rye at the entrance of the complex absolutely unique and delicious.

Overall the hotel looked nice and was comfortable. My 3 star rating is due to the lack of communication and the state of our bathroom. Upon arrival, we were not really welcomed and we were just given our key and sent on our way. There was not a line behind us to explain why she didn’t tell us about the check out time or any info on the “restaurant.” (I wouldn’t call it a restaurant, it wasn’t clear how it worked and when it was open) We didn’t ask, thinking we would find it on the website or in the room. The website has no info about check in or check out times, which I found to be very strange. There was also no information about the restaurant times or even menus. Usually rooms will have a booklet giving information about the hotel, dining and even what to find in the area. But we checked every drawer and came up empty. The pool was closed and even though we had no plans to use it, the front desk person never said anything about it. Apparently you are expected to see it on the tiny sign they had on the desk. If I hadn’t been standing there while my husband checked in we wouldn’t have known, because he never saw the sign. For being a Hilton Hotel, I was very disappointed in the fact that there is no hotel information available. We had planned to eat both meals at the hotel, but quickly changed our minds, because it didn’t seem they wanted the business if they didn’t make the info available. Since we didn’t know the checkout time, we decided to leave before we went to get breakfast. There was only one working elevator, which was not helpful with a completely full hotel. The room was nice, but the bathroom was not. Our shower did not drain well, even after moving the lever to every position. The only position that slightly worked was to keep it in the middle. But even that didn’t not allow it to drain. The hot and cold were reversed, which was frustrating when I tried to turn off the shower and nearly burned myself and again when I was rinsing my feet of all of the soap at the end of my shower. I was not at all happy at the end of my shower. There were positives in the room also. The bed was comfortable overall. There was a fridge and Keurig type coffee maker. The bathroom had pump style soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The A/C was easy to control. The desk and living room were nice. Since the hotel is at the end of an outdoor mall, there are stores, restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance or you can choose to drive to the front of the mall for more restaurants and stores. We had a nice dinner at Bar Louie and breakfast at HangOverEasy and both were very good! I really wish I could’ve given 5 stars, but lack of information and an unpleasant shower is not something I can easily overlook. I hope that someone fixes the lack of information both on the website and in the hotel. Plus checking that a shower/tub drains well is also very important. I did like everything else about this hotel though.

The hotel is not only well located, but also supported by motivated and professional staff. I had great experience with breakfast team, and also at the bar. The only point which could be better is the air conditioning, which is a bit noisy.

We stayed here as a last minute stay and it was absolutely miserable. This is a party hotel. We were just looking for a place to sleep for one night. For the amount we paid (over $180) you would think they would have more than one functional elevator, a working pool and hot tub, have clean mattresses, and better control of their guests. There are several ballrooms in this hotel, so again, you have a party hotel. There was a sports group of preteen boys (red shirts that said ‘Rangers’) who were playing hide and seek tag in the hallways, lobby, and elevator until about 11pm. Around the same time, the Jones family reunion got kicked out of their ballroom and brought the party to the room next to ours, with a connecting door. From 11:15pm-1:30am we called and walked down to the front desk a total of 7 times asking for help. The girl at the front desk was left there on a busy Saturday night with no help, no manager, no support. Police had been in the building for drunk patrons several times and she told me she had been trying to reach her manager for help and kept getting sent to voice mail. She offered to move our room, but my argument was that we should bot have had to move in the middle of the night, the loud party guests should move. She told me she could not move them because they were part of a group rate, so if she moved the loud room she would have to move everyone in the group. Not believable. She also said she had gotten several complaints about this room, not just from us. They did not quiet down until 2am. The clerk (Taylor?) told me she would comp my room but did not have the computer authorization to do it, but her manager Chelsea would be in at 7am. When we checked out at 9am, there was still no manager on the property. The new clerk told me that Chelsea would call me to comp my room when she came in (within the hour), but she never called. When we stripped our bed this morning we noticed there was no mattress cover on the bed, and there was a huge stain on the bed. I also found dirty washcloths and towels on the floor of the closet in the room. If you are looking for a dirty party hotel, this is your spot. If you want a hotel that posts everywhere that your satisfaction is guaranteed but does not stand behind that, this is your spot. If you want a clean and restful place to sleep, go somewhere else.
