I stayed three nights on business. I had a chance to look around the place but did not play the attached golf course. This place is a ways out from Cleveland which is nice but if you want to see the sights in Cleveland it might be a bit far with the traffic. The only problem was on night two... more

Tried this resort (used to be a Marriott Renaissance) on a trip to Mentor - one exit further. Kind of an upscale lodge lobby and lobby bar, very nice; rooms were fine, big enough with a quality bed. The real bonuses here are the grounds (golf course view from my room) and the food. I had a couple different chef's... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at Quail Hollow for one night in May 2009 for a friend's wedding that was held there. We were very happy with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. The rooms were a decent size, clean and nice. We had a king sized... more

This is not the hotel it once was. Marriott sold the hotel and it is now owned and operated by Interwest. The room itself was fine clean neat and the desk staff was fine. The problem was with the indoor pool, both the pool and the room the pool was located in where way too cold, there were no towels.... more

WOW! Where do I start? I purchased the New Year's Eve package along with a couple of friends and their significant others. When we arrived, our check in went ok, except for the fact that they could not find the reservation because it was under the wrong name. Not a big deal... Easy mistake to make. When we got to... more

My partner and I were delighted with our weekend getaway stay at Quail Hollow. After a tough week, we zoomed up from Pittsburgh to this getaway destination. Despite our late arrival, the front staff were bright and cheerful and after checking into our beautiful room, we went to CK's for a late dinner. The food was exquisite, the chef definitely... more

Just returned from a weekend getaway to Ohio wine country. We ended up staying at Quail Hollow because everything else in the Geneva area that we were interested in was booked. Overall, Quail Hollow was a good experience. We booked directly with the property and received a rate of $109.00 with AAA discount. Not bad ! Things were very quiet,... more

My husband and I checked in for a weekend in northeast ohio to visit neighboring wine country/geneva on the lake. We made this last minute as there was no accomadations in geneva. The hotel tself is upscale in appearance. Service at check in, valet, and ellboys very good. Restraunt CK steak house was excellent food and service, although the breakfast... more

My husband and I had a grown up getaway and we stayed at the Quail Hollow Resort this week. I have to say I was nervous staying here because of some negative reviews online and because there is not website for the hotel itself. The fact that I have lived in Cleveland all my life and QHR has been around... more
