We saw the Rider's Inn online and weren't to sure so we stopped in to look at rooms before we booked it. Stayed in the Bridal Suite and were very happy with it being comfortable and clean. We chose to pay the additional amount and enjoy the sunday brunch instead of just breakfast which is included. The brunch was amazing... More

Rider's Inn was the best experience ever! Felt just like home! Food was awesome, but better yet, the owner Elaine was the best, as well as the rest of the staff. All the "little" things that amounted to so much, from the quaint rooms, pub, and restaurant that we will definitely be back!!!!! BEST PLACE EVER! The Chestnuts

Sunday brunch was maybe the best buffet style food that I've ever had. Historical charm is a nice bonus. Leave the kids at home as it would be overpriced for them. Younger staff was very attentive. Will be going again.

This charming mansion has been an inn for over 200 years, so it is full of antiquities, stories of the Underground Railway, and a resident ghost, Miss Suzanne in Room 11. The owner, Elaine, is a delightful host who will regale you with local lore and love your dog. The rooms are small and of course old, furnished with antiques... More

We gambled on this B&B early in our bike ride cross country and were pleasantly surprised. Nice old inn, decent size rooms, great service (allowed us to use a separate room for our bikes), and had great food. The Potato leek soup was fantastic.

Clearly the July 2nd post was written by the Inn keeper herself. If your going to write one yourself, try not to be so fake and make it sound like an advertisement. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the entire upstairs smells like a sewer. The food is less than par so after our 1st meal we ate out... More

The historical significance of the property, the personal attention of the Innkeeper and her excellent staff, the serene atmosphere, and the outstanding food resulted in a rehearsal dinner our families had in a private setting that was perfect in every way. Located on historic US Route 20, the Oregon Trail, the former last-stop-before-freedom on the Underground Railway property is a... More

Rider's Inn has become my home away from home while I am in Cleveland. I love the historic laid back setting, the friendly staff, and accommodations. During our most recent stay, the power went out in the city, and the staff at Rider's Inn made the best of it. People coming here expecting a 5 star Hilton resort should consider... More

My stay at Riders was extremely nice. The attmosphere was very very nice. The room, although a little warm, was very home like I absolutely loved the old trunk at the end of the bed. The greeter Sukki was extremely friendly. My food was absolutely great along with the band that played. They were very entertaining. The decorations through out... More

Extremely over priced plain salad. Mediocre desserts. Poor service. That was the best part. They dragged in 30 plus people during the dinner hour and did a wedding rehearsal while we ate. The bride and groom stood right next to our table. Then all kinds of wedding planning took place, aloud, standing in the dinning room while we ate. The... More
