I had booked rooms for my wedding guests and myself a year in advance at this hotel. only to find out when we checked in that they gave away my wedding suite to some regular patron. they would not switch rooms or help us which rooms. manager was of no help whatsoever. some of my guests got stuck in handy... On our 3rd stay... Very well managed property " compared to a 4star in NYC!" exceptional staff, well trained. Breakfast is better than most hotels! For a $99 rate "it's what expected" The most important part is......."A VERY CLEAN ROOM" talk about attention to detail! Much satisfied customer..... Everyone was very nice. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. I only wish there were more choices for breakfast. More fruit such as bananas or apples. Different types of bread for toast instead of the same per packaged white or what ever it was.
