I have started to like Hampton Inns. I am in their club, so I was a bit disappointed that the only room I could get was right next to the lobby - they said that aircrew had priority on the upper level rooms - huh? The room ended up being very clean and quiet. I do like the new beds... more

Overall, there was nothing terrible about this Hampton Inn, but for $99 per night in the Cleveland Area, I was rather disappointed - but of course nothing to take them up on the 100% guarantee. I have stayed at the Hampton in Independence, and will likely go back to that one any time I am in town. It's a much... more

I booked this hotel based on the positive Trip Advisor reviews for a one night stay. Overall it was an OK stay for this class of hotel. Check in was easy, they even allowed us to check in early. The room had a few issues, but a change was unavailable because they were full for the night. The bath tub... more

Traveled to Cleveland area on business and the travel agent for the company booked me here for one week. Conveniently located to the greater Cleveland Metro area - right off of 480 interchange. Room was nice enough (no refridgerator-microwave) had a weird wardroom that took place of a closet. The sofa had a big stain on one of the cushions... more

I generally don't expect much from hotels located close to the airport, but this location absolutely woo'd me. There's not a single negative thing I can write about this property, the service was top notch from the airport shuttle all the way down to the maid service. There was always fresh coffee on in the lobby and some soft cookies,... more

Bed comfortable, choice of pillows. Odd arrangement in room - sofa on same wall as TV. Deluxe continental breakfast - okay - typical waffles, pastries, sausage, juice, coffee. Good location & near large mall. Right on Interstate 480. Would stay there again. Price was about right for the hotel type. more

This was a great and convenient Hampton Inn. I stayed here for a full week, well, at least 6 days and always found the hotel staff friendly, courteous, and helpful. One thing that stood out was how clean-smelling the hallways were. Breakfast was very good. I think they have the Cloud Nine beds also. Very comfortable. If you want or... more

This is your standard Hampton: Very clean, reasonably comfortable, quiet. The location is excellent--convenient to the highway and to a large shopping mall. The complimentary breakfast is better than most Hamptons. Our room was small for three adults, but perfectly adequate. more
