We stayed two nights in a park model cabin in the woods. There were nice beds, shower and full bathroom and kitchen.. What a great vacation! This is an ideal family vacation place to get away from it all...there is a nice country store and lots of activities for kids.

My family camped here last weekend. The activities and amenities provided amazing family fun. It doesn't get any better than making 3 little faces smile. With that being said, the campsites left a lot to be desired. We could not find a space that was close to flat enough for our tents. The sites are WAY too close together and... More

This campground recently converted to a Jellystone camp and if you know anything about them, there are expectations. This camp is shaded and in the rolling hills. Lots to do and well kept. I observed cleaning staff actually wiping picnic tables off. Great fishing, water slides, swimming lake and pool, nice atore, kayaks, paddle boats free, workout area. Very nice!

Took my boys 8 & 10 here. We rented an RV to take to the park because we've been considering getting one. The site was level & they appeared well spaced to us. Fire pit, but no grill. The park was to capacity our entire stay, but it was still very quiet & we were surprised by that. I suppose... More

We wanted a fun place to take the kids for the weekend. This location was just a few hours from Cincinnati which worked it well for a weekend camping trip. The park was clean , there were a ton of activities to keep the kids entertained and the scenery was amazing. The best part for us was the time our... More

We came for the Tidal Wave weekend! It was great! A lot of water activities planned. Very family friendly & the staff are excellent! They made it a point to learn my kids names. I felt my kids were safe & plenty to keep them busy. Definitely will return!

Most of the reviews I've read are way old and must not reflect what the current owners have done with the place. We first went here 3 seasons ago and just returned this week. I'm not a fan of the corporate/franchise campgrounds at all, but Dogwood Valley doesn't seem to take it much farther than the statue out front and... More

Great family campground. We came with a total of 3 families on 2 large tent sites and had kids ranging from 8, 4, and 1. There were activities for kids almost on the hour the entire weekend to participate in (we joined in on a scavenger hunt and wagon ride). We had a slight issue the first night with seasonal... More
