I work here every couple weeks and try to stay at this property. They book up fast mainly because of location. The staff is friendly but always try to push you to national booking line. The hotel upkeep was poor. Pool was cold, hot tub was freezing, management not willing to fix things. Breakfast in new bistro took 45 minutes to receive our food. Pool area was dirty, no towels available to us. Rooms very outdated. What was to be a relaxing family overnight was a very stressful time. Management and staff very unhelpful.

Great overnight stay while on the road. Updated lobby with excellent business/TV center. Nice bistro with good selection of good food and beer. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The only minor complaint is the hot tub could have been hotter. Only a few miles off of I-80 with very easy access

This is my family's third or fourth stay at the Courtyard Marriot. It is a nice place to stay--kitchenettes, nice television, great location--wonderful staff. It is nicely decorated and it is clean and quiet. They permit dogs which means Leo-dog (the cutest little guy in the world) can come on the trip too.

This was my first time in cleveland. We came here to explore the place. Courtyard came to us at a very reasonable price. EVerythign about the hotel was nice. The bed was horrible and so were the pillows. I also didn't like how the room was set up. What I did enjoy was the breakfast. It was surprisingly tasty... We were there for the fabulous food show and it was about 10 mins from the iX center.

We stayed in a one bedroom suites. It had a large living/sitting room and a separate bedroom. My only real complaint was that it seemed somewhat empty for the amount of space. We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding in the area. The bride and groom had arranged a block of rooms for guests. Don't miss out on getting one, if offered, because the hotel does not budge on giving you the block rate after the deadline!! A shuttle had also been arranged to transport to the reception.
