the staff at this hotel go above & beyond to make you feel welcome. the building itself needs updating, but the staff totally make up for it. the breakfast buffett is super awesome & delicious. and the overall area is nice too. i had a good time. more

I just returned from the Holiday Inn Dayton Mall from a business conference that was held at the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms are as others have stated in that they need to be renovated. The holidome is allways a good idea except that they kick everyone out at 11pm because of noise issues. Good but small... more

Based on some of the previous reviews, I was dreading staying at this hotel. (Our soccer team booked it for a tournament over Labor Day weekend.) However, I was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean… which was my main concern! The sleeping area was roomy and included a desk & chair as well as a casual chair with an... more

We stayed for two nights because we were there for a family reunion. The sheets and the towels were never changed. That's just nasty. The rooms sure could use some updating especially considering the location. You expect more than you get. I'll bet a lot more people would send reviews if they didn't have to go through that registration bologna... more

This is a typical Holiday Inn. It's nothing fancy, but it is comfortable. Check in was great, and the woman who checked me in couldn't have been more welcoming. I'm a Priority Club member, and she told me about the Priority Club room available for Gold and Platinum members, and she also gave me a gift bag because I'm a... more

Stayed here for 1 night for a trade show being held in the hotel. Hotel is ok - no real problems. Very strange set-up - it's like a maze finding your room. There is a nice indoor pool area with rooms surrounding it. These rooms have sliding doors right out to the pool. Not too much privacy in these rooms.... more

This was our first night lodging on a recent trip. We had stayed here previously and had a good experience so decided to try it a second time. We arrived late and left early the next morning-our experience was liimited to the lobby and room so cannot comment on the rest of the property. The room was nicely decorated and... more

One of the worst traveling experiences I have ever endured. Found myself in the Dayton area without a reservation, and had to stay in this dump for three days. Horrible room, horrible staff, horrible food, horrible service. Horrible. more

I stayed here with my parents for what was the third worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I travel EXTENSIVELY! I was really disappointed with this Holiday Inn as we had stayed at one the night before in Indianapolis East and loved it. My parents each had a double bed and I got a roll away, which had... more
