It was a horrible i reseverd my room 1 month in advance and when i got there they had no record of it then they gave me a smoking room. Kids ran up and down the halls all nite long there was a fight i the room next to us who turned out to be hotel employees.Never do it again more

Without a doubt, one of the worst places we've ever stayed. I reserved 2 non-smoking rooms 3 weeks prior to visit. One with 2 double beds and one with a king bed. Went to check in at 3:00 and the rooms were not ready yet. Went back later and found out they had given the king away. Rooms were stinky... more

I had recalled and trusted Best Western to be a step above and booked over the Internet. Not the case, here. The first room I was put in was in a completely dark section of the hall (1 or 2 lights out).
