We stayed one night here before our visit to King's Island. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We also really enjoyed the outdoor pool. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

By looking at the photos on the computer I did not realize it was a motel with outside rooms, but as soon as I was greeted at front desk and then entered my room I was happy I choose to stay here. The room was extremely clean and smelt nice. It was relaxing and comfortable! The website talked about the... More

My husband and I stayed 2 days ago for 1 night after visiting Mason for a day at King's Island. We originally booked a queen room, but when we arrived, they had upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost! The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The room was facing a road,... More

We stayed at the Kirkwood Inn based on the wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor. We were disappointed. It's an old motel. It was clean but small. The fan in the bathroom was very loud, easily waking up my husband when I used the facilities in the middle of the night. The breakfast in served in the lovely old family home and... More

We visited the Kirkwood Inn on a family trip to Kings Island. It is close to Kings Island, but not the closest hotel available. It is just a 5-10 minute drive to KI. Our GPS found the hotel. It is 'off the beaten path'. We were a little surprised about the size of our room. It can only be described... More

My family stayed at the Kirkwood in at the end of July 2014, the hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Has a historic charm, but updated amenities. Close to park.

This was our second time staying here. We were here for our birthdays and to visit Kings Island. The staff is wonderful along with the breakfast. Our room was upgraded since we had stayed here before. What a pleasant surprise!!! It was also very clean. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you to everyone there that made our... More

First time to Mason & King's Island amusement park. This is a family owned hotel. It was great. The story behind it makes you makes you travel back in time Friendly staff. The breakfast was really good. Thumbs up! I would definitely recommend it.

This is the best kept secret for visiting Kings Island. It's off the beaten path. It's quiet and lovely people run the place. The breakfast is in a lovely house across from the rooms. It's like having breakfast in a country kitchen. A nice assortment of rolls and sweets plus eggs are offered. It's great to come back to after... More
