We stayed here 2 nights in april 2012 for a weddin. Hotel is well l,ocated and the staff was great. complimentary hot breakfast was a nice addition. I have stayed in several Hyatt Places and love the room layout.

Very clean and very nice hotel. Location is convienient however can still be far ( from downtown Cincy). We stayed here to go to Pappadeux and the Outlets which was convienient for these two attractions but we were further out than we had hoped. I would definately stay here again. Breakfast was very delicious, room spacious and clean, TV large.

Stayed for 6 days during Christmas. Place was clean...way beyond our expectations for a three star hotel! Needs to be a four star.
Rooms were huge..seperate room with nice couch and flat screen.
