We have stayed here about 4 times. Bruce and Karen are wonderful hosts. The house is 175+ years old. They have restored it wonderfully. We always get a good night's rest and good breakfast here, along with good conversation….and so reasonably priced, too.

Bruce & Karen have a lovely, clean, quiet and homey B&B. It is so comfortable! They have lovely grounds with paths, benches and a waterfall. A wedding was scheduled for the day we departed; I would be hard-pressed to imagine a nicer spot. There is a multi-level deck with a picnic table, gas grill a play area and a pool... More

You won't be disappointed if you choose this B&B. It is an old house yet very clean and accomodating for guests. History of the house is interesting. It is not overcrowded with "antiques" or "stuff" but perfect decor adding to the charm of the B&B. Bruce and Karen make you feel right at home and very helpful hosts. We enjoyed... More

My husband and I stayed at The Olde Stone House Bed & Breakfast overnight as part of our excursion to tour Mansfield Reformatory. We stayed in Savannah's room and even got to meet it's namesake, their daughter. Bruce and Karen were very accommodating with our need to check in a little early and made us feel right at home from... More

Thanks so much for your nice feedback. We so very much appreciate getting reviews so that we can continue to improve and better serve our guests. I usually stay in a hotel when travelling but this time, my wife and I, stayed at a B & B for a change, what a pleasant change it was. The house stands back from the road, in a nice wooded area, and was built in the 1800s, it still has all the quaintness of an older property. Bruce and... More

We stayed in Sean's room for one night while we were in town to tour the reformatory. The Innkeepers were out of town and we were greeted by their daughter and daughter's husband. We really enjoyed our first stay at a bed and breakfast and definitely recommend this place. The house was charming, the company was kind and hospitable, and... More

Bruce and Karen took great care of us. This was the perfect location for us to stay in during our short stay in Mansfield to tour the Ohio State Reformatory. This B & B has a Christian base but I did not feel out of place here at all. My partner and I stayed here for one night. Very convenient... More
