We celebrated our 30th anniversary in the Landmark suite. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of that room!! Even the spare room has two daybeds, there is plenty of comforting space. I didn't want to leave that large clawfoot Victorian tub 😜 The owners Cheryl and Todd immediately made us feel like family. There was a bottle... More

My hubby and I were making plans to hear a band who was playing at the local Mohican tavern and decided to find a place to spend the night instead of driving home late at night in the winter. The Blackfork Inn was a great find! We stayed at the annex across the street from the Inn. We stayed upstairs... More

What a beautiful step into history the decor and furnishings are of museum quality. The room was very clean, odor free and very comfortable. The bath soap and shampoo are of excellent quality and the aroma was so soothing We shared a wonderful breakfast with another couple, within minutes it was as if we had known each other for years.... We had adjoining rooms in the main house since my husband and I were traveling with our grown son. Todd and Cheryl greeted us and took us to our rooms while explaining the history of the home. Cheryl took out her phone and made dinner reservations for us because she assured us we might not get one of the few... More

One of the owners, Todd, went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure our trip to the area was a success!! Our room was very comfortable and Todd and Cheryl are very hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and the area is beautiful if you need a quick country getaway! I highly recommend staying here!

Just 25 minutes from Wooster, down lovely Rt. 3, there is an 1856 Victorian home, listed on the National Register of Historic Places that is a charming, affordable Bed and Breakfast (right out of that G&S era) serving delicious breakfasts! With 6 rooms in the main house, and 2 suites in the 1847 house across the street, at such extremely... More

Stayed an the Blackfork Inn annex (house across the street) during the Loudonville street fair. Good price, clean, great hospitality, excellent hosts, great location, delicious breakfasts (when we woke before noon) what more can be said? I am hesitant to even review to let this secret out about our new home away from home! Thanks Todd and Cheryl! Dave /... More

Staying at the Blackfork Inn was like stepping back in time. The beautiful antique furniture shows an era gone by. Walking into each room gives an insight of what life would on been like in 1856. The bedrooms are very inviting with elegant decor , from the bathrobes waiting to be put on to the little gifts of soaps, the sheets... More

Great history in the home, clean and well looked after. The inn-keepers were friendly and welcoming and we loved the soap selections they had in the rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and our room was charming. The rooms are priced right - a must stay!
