we stayed for 2 nights and found this hotel to be pretty nice. good breakfast, computer in lobby for guest use, friendly front desk. all in all not a bad hotel as some reviews would suggest. more

We were looking for a hotel close to downtown Cleveland at a reasonable price. This hotel worked out well. We were very close to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was great. The only downside was the bathroom. While the rest of the hotel looked well-kept, the bathroom was decidedly shabby with peeling wallpaper and caulking.... more

Stayed on second floor where carpet was completely removed due to renovations, leaving plaster, bits of carpet, and dangerous carpet tacking with nails sticking up along the sides of the halls and in front of each room. Stayed at a Comfort Inn in Independence south of the city ..ate at Don Shula's Restaurant next door. Both outstanding!! Great accommodations and food. My son and I stayed there for two nights for a Cleveland Baseball game and to visit the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame. Since all the city hotels were booked we had to look outside of Cleveland. The sleeping part of the room we stayed in appeared clean however when we went to use the bathroom we were shocked! The toilet seat was all chipped in serious need of replacement.
