The bathroom door was off the hinges and wouldn't even close. The room was outdated and unclean. Price is extremely too high for the quality of the room. Very small gym. Staff seemed pretty friendly although I had a bit of difficulty checking out. Complimentary wine and cheese was a plus. However, I would never recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland / Independence. Great stay. Overall, the staff was outstanding and very supportive (given our unfortunate circumstances - family member death). We would definitely return and recommend the HI&S to family and friends. Continental breakfast, coffee ready 24/7 and responsive staff made our stay that much better.

Good stay at Hampton-S.Cleveland/Independence. Clean room & bathroom and good complimentary hot/cold breakfast. Neighbors were noisy Fri night/Sat morning (filming "porno"-???). Great service from staff. Would recommend!

The room was better than what I expected it to be. Very clean, everyone was very hospitable and very helpful. The executive suite with the whirlpool was very nice. I look forward to my future stay. Oh and lastly the manager reception was very nice...wine and cheese and crackers along with cookies.

This hotel is lovely. The staff is pleasant, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is plentiful. The staff ensured that my family and I had a great time in their hotel. We travel frequently for basketball and this was the best hotel experience we've had staying with an entire team.

Stayed one night visiting a friend staying there on business. Nice room, big jacuzzi tub, king size bed was huge and comfortable. Evening wine and cheese snack was perfect for us, complimentary breakfast was great. Nice lobby area, super friendly front desk staff. Close to downtown and clinic.
