We stopped in here for only 1 night during our recent motorhome tour of Tassie. I have to say it was one of the best camp grounds we found. The amenities were great, everything seemed quite new. The camp kitchen is the best we saw anywhere. Plenty of room on the grassy powered site, and the kids loved the jumping... More

The Ulverstone Big 4 is the perfect place to base yourself for a tour of the Northwest. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and directly across from the fabulous Ulverstone beach. Cottages were really nice.

This caravan park is one of the friendliest parks you will find and always kept in great condition. The caretaker 'Tony' does a terrific job and is always around to give you a friendly wave and to have a chat. Both keyed Amenities (there are 2) are always very clean. The sites are spacious and lush. A nice amount of... More

Just off the ship and was warmly welcomed at 8 am. Set up our can in this lovely park. Being winter it was very quiet. The park offered great amenities and very clean. The park is well maintained with lovely grassy sites. With the Beach across the road and walking trails to the township it was handy and worth the... More

Enjoyed an overnight stay in a deluxe cottage which was attractively decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for a night including a comfortable bed. The cottages were well spaced and we did not feel we were on top of those adjacent. Noise from adjacent cottages was not an issue either. The location of the park is excellent and... More

We stayed in our own caravan. Lovely to have nice green grassed sites. The main ablution block has spacious toilet and shower cubicles and were kept nice and clean. Washing machines only cost $3. Plenty of clothes line space. Park is secure with boom gate in drive way. Keys for ablutions. There was camp kitchen and a games room, but... More

We spent only one night there, unpowered site. In my view overpriced, we paid $51 for an unpowered site and we never paid more than $38 for an unpowered site anywhere else in Tassie. It's also one of those parks where people are side by side, not enough space between camps. We had a tent with a crying baby right... More

Well kept with very friendly staff. All facilities very clean. Good location next to beach. Only stayed the one night but would use again. We took our campervan on a powered site. Great to see Grass as opposed to dirt where you park/pitch your tent.

We stayed in one of the self contained 'Holiday Units', unit 2 I think. Yuck, it really needed a good clean (sticky carpet), and was a little smelly. These units really need to be either knocked down or heavily renovated they are very dated. Definitely no value for money here. We had to go and ask for fresh towels on... More

We stayed in the Holiday park for 1 week. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The grounds are beautifully kept and no excess grass cuttings to trample through your Motorhome/Caravan. The amenities are clean, well maintained and no extra charge for the showers. A well maintained laundry is also available. The park... More
