Will never check in to a property without first checking room . Double room is so tiny just a little dog box . No room for a chair even only place to sit is on the bed and then the springs are digging in .Floor very creaky. So disappointed, assumed from outside would be OK views great but that's the... More

We stayed one night, At the time of booking there were only two twin rooms available for our family of 4 (2x $125 =$250). When I arrived I asked if there was a room by chance available where our family of 4 could stay in the one room and they were obliging and said there was a cancellation this morning... More

After a day of touring the Northeast coast I walked in without a reservation mid arvo and was politely shown the room. Shower and bathroom was spotless. The small balcony had water views and a place to sit. Clean and contemporary eating and cooking facilities were provided . Everything worked properly, TV modern. I was tired, grubby and hungry. I... I'll start with a positive and say the room was clean, although it wasn't serviced during our 2 night stay. Other than that it was small and the bathroom was tiny (don't try and fit 2 people in there at once unless one is in the shower) which didn't help the comfort level. The furniture and fittings are very dated... More

Room cost $125 for two in an upstairs guest house style room with en suite. Room was small but fairly clean but had dusty silk flowers and old dried flower type decorations on shelves. We had to put vase on floor so we had somewhere for toiletries. Pillows were very old, thin and smelt dusty as was the bedspread. I... More

Let me start by saying the hosts were helpful and pleasant. Although clean and well maintained, the standard rooms leave a lot to be desired as far as being noisy. The sound insulation between rooms appears nonexistent and the neighbour's conversation and TV noise wears thin very quickly. Rooms are the size of a small double bedroom and the wooden... More

We stayed 2 nights in an apartment which was definitely not value for money. Very basic furnishings and everything could do with an update from television to bedding. The fact that the toilet was upstairs was an inconvenience. There were signs everywhere telling you what to do which I found very inappropriate. The view was great and I am sure... More

Great location, central Swansea, views from the balcony but that is where the niceties stop. The hotel rooms are tiny, the floors creak so badly and the bathrooms are tiny. Overall this place needs major updating. I'm not sure what the apartments are like but only book the hotel rooms if you absolutely need a room when passing through. By... More

My wife and myself booked in for one night - we used Amos House as a starting point for visiting Freycinet National Park which is about an hours drive away. It was the second time I've stayed there and on both occasions it was great. There's parking to the side of the hotel and after checking in we were able... More

View was lovely.... Accommodation was basic! The lounge had a strange sour smell that stuck to our clothes! Signs everywhere barking orders about what not to do. TV a relic from the first fleet. Thin walls and old appliances. Not overly clean. The book in the room promised a Lebense menu at the onsite restaurant.... we were handed a menu... More
