It was a freezing night so the log fire and electric blankets were very welcome. It's just by the beach so the view is fantastic, but makes it even colder in winter. The chalets have all you need but are quite tired and not particularly comfortable. The lounge is very oddly laid out (the fire and TV are opposite sides... More

This was not a good experience. Thankfully only one night. Best avoided for all the reasons already stated in reviews. There must be better in the area. Hopefully if sold, the new owners will re-develop...

Our hotel room was small but it was very clean and comfortable and overlooked the ocean. Very peaceful. The hosts were very kind and friendly. The only complaint we had was that the room was over-decorated. We would suggest taking out the artificial flowers and wall decorations from the bathroom/toilet. Also get rid of the lacey curtains above the beds.... More

We were met by "Basil" at reception and he gave us the impression he didn't want to be there or help us with anything. Then things got worse. The stairs to the room are narrow and steep. The hallway floorboards creak all night long. The room was tiny and had an ant infestation. We spoke to Basil and he came... More

Very basic...room small and noisy. Overpriced. I would recommend that you look elsewhere in Swansea first. In desperate need of a makeover. Business up for sale and restaurant downstairs closed. Someone made some popcorn and it stank the place out. No wifi except the east coast tourism thingy...very limited time allowed

We were kept awake all during the night by the creaking floors both in our room and next door. Entry was up steep stairs - door opened straight onto the stairs. Toilet water ran all night. Told it was because we did not know how to press the button!!!!! Light out on the stairs .Advertised licenced restaurant - shut long... More

basic room, everything was clean. there was a heater, however no good positioned outlet to plug in the heater. we didn't need it anyways but wondered how others would have tried to in the dead of winter. A good position in the city because it was in the town centre and we had a very good view overlooking the beach... More

Basic but clean...but went down hill thereafter. Having arrived I found the bedside lamp failed to work and went to reception to ask them to rectify. The co-owner was surly and disaffected from the outset. He asked my room number and I did not know but offered to take him the 30 second walk up the stairs to show him.... More

We stayed in the motel part of the hotel and enjoyed the stay. The views from the balcony are nice and the rooms were snug offering everything you would need including microwave! The walls are pretty thin so not great if you like peace and quiet.

We stayed here in the dead of winter. If you book ahead they will set up the wood fire but we arrived with no booking. The staff were extremely helpful and run by two brothers who both greeted us on arrival. We were giving a fantastic apartment closest to the sea which greeted us with the most amazing view of...
