We stayed in an apartment that had been renovated; was old style but clean. Would be good holiday accommodation for a family or as a group. Nice town but not many options for accommodation to choose from.

Just returned home from a two night stay in the Cottage. What a great place to stay! From the friendly reception, to the CLEANLINESS (And yes, that should be capitalized) and the convenient location, (a short walk from city centre), I was pleased with everything about this place. The Cottage has room for a family, though there were just two... More

What a GREAT stay, we had 3 apartments all together as we were travelling in a group. I can speak for all of us, there were no faults in anything what so ever. Everything was great,The kitchens have been renovated and are equipped with all necessities needed, coloured walls are an eye opener but all still in lovely colours that... More

Old style motel. Clean, comfortable and roomy. Walk to town. Washing machine in communal laundry and required the correct change. No dryer. Don't miss a drive out to Pyngana and a visit to St Columba falls and the magical rock pools a little further along the river. On the way back drop in for a drink at the "Pub in... More

Had a fantastic stay in early Jan. Spotlessly clean and loads of great little extras like a toy box in our unit for the kiddies, books, board games and magazines. We stayed during a big heat wave (37 degrees) so my only suggestion would be to add air conditioning. We'll be back again. Thank you :)

a very clean, quiet, comfortable room. (my wife commented that she thought it was the cleanest room she had ever stayed in). Price a little over what we had been paying for the remainder of our Tasmanian holiday, but still reasonable. Good location too - only a short walk over the bridge to an excellent seafood restaurant! Staff also very... More

We were amazed at the number of signs telling us what or what not to do during our stay. The kitchen/living area alone had 8 notices for guests plus more in the bathroom and bedroom. Other than that, the 2 bedroom unit was recently redecorated and quite comfortable for our 2 night stay.

Parking outside your door. Spacious self-catering accommodation for disabled people - a rarity. Bathroom had rails and freestanding shower chair. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable.
