Bed in the Treetops is well located to explore the Bay of Fires. We enjoyed two nights in a comfortable suite with a lovely view. Marianne & Bruce were good hosts and breakfasts were freshly cooked and much of the produce homegrown or home made.

This secluded retreat offers great views of ocean and forest. The accommodation is attractive and most comfortable. The home-cooked breakfast is delicious. The experienced and welcoming proprietors have gone to great lengths to assure the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. Their attention to detail includes delicious home-baked pastries on arrival. Their local knowledge helps guests to make the most... More

Stayed a night. Breakfast prepared by the hosts Bruce & Marianne was top notch and made it worth the pricey tag on the B&B. The room was spotless and well heated for winter. Great views of the bay literally through the tree tops.

We stayed here one night during our Tasmanian adventure and it was a magical experience living amongst the trees on this property. It is very small as there are only 2-3 rooms available but the rooms are extremely spacious and homely with views to the ocean in the distance. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with... More

Wonderful. Large suite with all facilities ( including free WiFi). and with magnificent view over the bay. Bruce and Marianne give a big welcome and look after all your needs. Breakfast with homemade bread, eggs from their own chickens, homemade jam and excellent coffee. Within minutes by car from Binalong bay and the excellent Bingalong Bay Cafe (they do breakfast,... We stayed here at the end of a memorable trip to Tasmania. It was the perfect climax. The location is sensational and the hosts are friendly, helpful and professional. The suite we enjoyed was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious and relaxing. Breakfast was a joy and very well prepared to individual specifications. Our only regret was that Our two days... More

The Bed in the Treetops, just outside Binalong Bay, was simply stunning. The location is perfect (don't let the driveway scare you), facilities were excellent and Brian and MaryAnne are two very friendly, very accommodating hosts. Breakfast each morning tasted great, and their assistance for the days activities were second to none.

From these tall eucalypt treetops, you and the golden parrots have postcard views far down to the bay, and the owners make sure you also have everything you need. That includes superbly fresh homemade breakfast, the eggs and herbs and fruit from their own garden. The suite is comfortable and private, and the whole experience is a perfect balance of... More

Found this little gem and could not have been happier From the location to the view to the finishing of the room, their is really nothing much more to say, it ticked all the boxes for us. If I had to be absolutely critical, the ONLY thing that could present a little problem is the driveway. It's about 700m long,... More

Driving up the driveway to our accomodation I could see why this place had been named 'bed in the treetops' as it literally sits among the canopy of tall Australian Gums. And after a long drive up the midlands and east coast nothing could be more appreciated than the friendly and welcoming nature of the hosts Bruce and Marianne. They... More
