My sister and I spent just one night at the hotel, clean comfy rooms and beds. Breakfast included in the price, get yr own, do yr own dishes. And so we should for the price. Was very convenient. Would recommend.

I stayed in Ross for one night and I must say it was a great hotel to stay and the price is so affordable for anyone in a tight budget. We played a few games of billiards and got to know the owners, great hosts and would recommend it to anyone. The town is small but it had the best... More

Stayed for 1 night. We booked a room with 1 double and 1 single. On arrival we were told there is no room with this bedding configuration. Sue, the manager was a very lovely lady. Because of the mistake she offered us 2 rooms for the price of one, where we both had a lovely double bed each. Very old... More

This 1830's hotel is a great place to break your Launceston to Hobart trip, with a quaint "Oldie Worldie" atmosphere, friendly locals, hosts and the restaurant meals were great, with a varied menu, as well a great bed and breakfast rate of $85.00, p/n for a double room. The town has a number of interesting attractions such as, Wool Industry... More

Sue went out of her way to assist us with a lae meal. Steak was tender and delicous! Pate also delicous. Meals to other tables were large and people impressed by what they received. Friendly and welcoming. Thanx Sue!

Just there for dinner, great oldfashioned dining room, welcoming log fire and good range of local wines and beers. However, the ravioli was cold and undercooked, possibly from a frozen package, which was disappointing. My understanding is that this is the only place in town open for dinner, so my advice would be...drive to Campbelltown.
