i booked this accommodation on the day. I wanted to stay as close as possible to the Coles Bay and Freycinet National Park. The receptionist told me that it was the last cabin vacant, OK, it was not. My cabin was the only one occupied in this lane and it was quite uncomfortable to feel so isolated. No lights lights,... More

Great you visited the beautiful Freycinet pennisula, and were lucky enough to catch a couple of flathead, that may be the incentive to come back and stay at Iluka again one day in the future. More

We would definitely return here! Great location for exploring the area, and a lovely spacious holiday park (relatively quiet it seemed, in winter). On contact with reception prior to booking, they recommended we book a holiday unit, which are larger than the cabins, so a better choice for accommodating a couple of adults, and older teenager and 2 young children.... Basic accommodation for a reasonable + price. Nothing to write home about but quite sufficient. We found out about the wifi availability but the office was closed at 6pm so missed out. Off season - it was fairly quiet. The shared facilities of showers, toilets etc were very clean.

Hi Marg, Many thanks for your review, and we are glad you found our self-contained cabin adequate and clean for your stay. If we had been notified of your late arrival, the wi-fi code could have been inserted in your late arrival details envelope, then you would have had access to unlimited complimentary wi-fi. Now you will know for your... More

We stayed at the Big4 Iluka over the Easter holidays and we were glad that we booked ahead as the park was completely full. The park is directly across the road from Muirs Beach with easy access to Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay. The amenities were clean and the only downside was that the powered sites were not level... More

Great base for Freycinet. Very basic but has everything you need. We hired a 2 bed cabin that had a queen bed + 4 bunk beds. Little kitchenette and bathroom. There was a much needed heater and electric blankets (one for each side) on the queen bed. We only needed a place to lay our heads, make a cup of... More

We stayed in a Superior Cabin for two nights which cost $120 per night. This is a very economical way to stay in this area, there are many more lavish and expensive alternatives if you have money to spare but we found it to be comfortable and very convenient for a quick drive to the Wineglass walking/climbing trails. The location... More

Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin for 2 nights. The cabin was clean, tidy, reasonably sized with a good kitchen. The holiday park was OK with the bistro and shop being reasonable value considering the location. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes drive to the Wineglass Bay walking tracks.

The cabin was surprisingly good, much better than the photos I'd seen when I booked. The cabin was roomy, had a lovely front deck with table and chairs, good kitchen and comfy bed. The laundry facilities were also good. Only stayed one night, wish we'd stayed 2!

Was there with my wife for couple nights at the superior cabin. It was great value for money and the place is clean and tidy. Facilities was great and staff are friendly. Cheap and great fresh oysters at the convenience store. Wineglass bay and other hiking tracks are all close by.
