We had a spa cabin and it was great. The view from the spa was fantastic. We had a group of 12 for tea in the restaurant and the food was nice, the service was first class which was great to see. Will be coming back to stay in the spa room when its snowing for sure.

We had just one night here amidst a persistent shower so unfortunately we missed the wildlife. We got a spa cabin and a normal one with bunk beds. Both were clean and comfortable but furnishings in the spa cottage were more modern and added a touch of luxury. Location just opposite the visitor's centre is a plus.

The accommodation is near the visitor centre which makes it very convenient. Check-in was a breeze. We stayed in a villa for 2 nights. It was great that we could borrow movies for free. Parking space just outside the cabin was a little tight, but the cabin itself was fantastic. It was spacious and stocked with all the amenities one... More

We stayed in a spa cabin for one night. The bed was comfy, the spa was great and the lounge room was comfortable and clean, the only slight issue was the bathroom had a terrible smell which even after leaving the fan on didn't seem to clear. One tip is to make sure you have food and whatever else you... More

Nice accomodation but I was REALLY unimpressed that I had not been informed the on site restaurant was closed on the 2 nights we chose to stay. That was one of the main reasons I chose this place and we weren't even offered a discounted food hamper as an apology for the inconvenience. This in turn led us to a... More

This place has exceeded our expectations in every single way. The cabins are so clean, it may way too clean and everything is so perfectly arranged. Not even that but the lady at reception was so warm, welcoming and had a big smile. Our holiday started right there! Also, I almost always get disappointed by the food of restaurants in... More

My two sisters and I have just had a very pleasurable 3 nights accommodation at the Wilderness Village. Very clean and heated on our arrival! Friendly staff, quiet surroundings with an abundance of wild life to entertain us. Wonderful!!! The service and food at the adjoining restaurant were superb. Over all a wonderful place to visit. Recommended highly!

We stayed at the Discovery Park next door but were advised the restaurant at the Wilderness Village was a good place to eat. I have coeliac disease and when I advised the person waiting on our table I could not tolerate gluten she was very unhelpful saying they might be able to prepare something for me but it would be... This was our first visit to Cradle mountain and found this place to be the ideal place to stay. We had our own little cottage which was very well equipped. It had a very comfortable bed, separate little lounge and cooking area as well as our own veranda looking into the bush. It was well heated, had a large screen... More
