I LOVE this place! OMG 5++++++ rating from me. This was our second time back and it is still amazing! I would live here if I could. I had the best massage from the spa as well. Going to come back again and stay longer than 3 days next time.

Great rooms, very clean and good food. Well kept grounds and fantastic walking areas. Plenty of wildlife including wombats and wallabies. Take warm clothes if planning to walk around Cradle Mountain. The day we went was extremely cold and windy but beautiful to see.

Our entire stay here was wonderful. From the moment of check in through to every staff interaction from there on, the service was friendly and welcoming. Dining experiences were good (nothing great) but enjoyable. But above all this is a stay at a remarkably beautiful part of the world. It snowed heavily for a day while we were there which... More

My Husband and I decided to get away for our Anniversary. We paid $350 per night for a spa room and expected to get at least 3.5star service. Our mattress was warn, looked old and well used. The towels had yellow marks on them. But the good news is I found $2 on the carpet, if that room was cleaned... More

Booked a spa cabin expecting luxious accomodation in the wilderness as we paid a premium to be there. Including the worn out bed matress and dated facilities, I would not ever recommend anyone to stay at this venue as my experience was less than pleasant overall for what was supposed to be a special weekend away for our anniversary.

Three nights at Peppers Lodge with friends has been the perfect stress reliever! Delightful staff, cosy cabins, excellent food (breakfast and dinner) not to mention fabulous scenery and native wildlife in abundance made this a most memorable trip. Cradle Mountain is definitely one of Tasmania's highlights.

We stayed in King Billy - on arrival there was champagne chilled and waiting, candles lit, fire crackling and hot -tub on. The rooms are private even though there are massive windows showing you the stunning forest surrounds. Felt completely removed from the hectic world while we were there and came away so relaxed and inspired by the stunning beauty... More

The location of the lodge is amazing. Cradle mountain is spectacular and well worth a visit. I felt the rooms needed some attention and a bit of work. It was very nice, but I was expecting amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it appeared in the restaurant they were new and inexperienced.

This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip down here. Maybe our expectations were too high. After paying over $600 for two nights in a pencil pine cabin, we were feeling very ripped off. The cabin is old, worn, needs painting, dated. We were expecting luxury for this price. Last night we stayed in a motel in devonport... More

i decided to surprise my husband by taking him here for our 40th wedding anniversary, I wanted it to be a special experience to mark the occasion. To say that we achieved that is an understatement of our two days at Peppers Cradle mountain lodge. Everything was fantastic, the staff where just so awesome in the detail they put in,... More
