What a lovely property , tucked away in beautiful gardens ,a super Victorian house ,sympathetically restored to it's former glory ! Irvine room was very comfortable with an exceptionally gleaming bathroom.Pretty veranda to sit out on to admire the garden with statues etc. We had booked an evening meal too -and what a delightful surprise -absolutely marvellous ,top-notch cuisine ,obviously... We stayed for three nights in the Yengo Room which was the original master suite. Furnishings were thoughtfully selected to enhance the period home and the room was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. Views from our room over the garden and beyond were beautiful. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty and staff were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The front verandah... More

We bought a deal from Living Social for Silvermere and had a great night there celebrating our wedding anniversary. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and had a wonderful old-fashioned atmosphere, full of courtesy, consideration and attention to detail. The meal in the onsite restaurant, 1923, was absolutley divine! ...beautifully presented and tasted amazing, and the service was faultless. Breakfast... More

We stayed at the irvine room (#3). It's spacious, tastefully decorated. The bathroom amenities are of great quality, so are the in-room tea and coffee. Veranda overlooks the garden, and was divided by some plants with the veranda next door. I only hope the plants are more hedge like so the guests can afford more privacy. Breakfast consists of hot... We stayed at "The Dairy" with three adults and two energetic children! There was no need for concern though - plenty of space inside and out, home was warm and inviting, lots of bathroom space and two toilets. The kitchen had everything one needed and the dining area was spacious and robust! Great to have a BBQ on hand and... More

We stayed for 2 nights at the time of the devastating, Blue Mountain bushfires. The house itself is circa early 20th century and beautifully restored and maintained with parking in the grounds. It is convenient as a base for walking through the Blue Mountains national park or shopping and dining in nearby villages/towns. Our room was spacious, bed comfortable (... More

Just arrived home from a relaxing one night stay at Silvermere. We stayed in the Hay Room which has attached a spa bath, perfect for soaking away those tired muscles. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The weather was warm and sunny so a stroll around the lovely garden was a perfect way to unwind before our evening meal.... More

We stayed in the Silvermere Maid's Quarters in Wentworth Falls during our trip to the Blue Mountains in September 2013. It is a self-contained apartment with two bedrooms adjoined to the main reception and restaurant area. It costs about $65 each per night. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other is a twin room with two... More

We stayed at this wonderful property on a short rip to the Blue mountains. The guest house was a very cosy, comfortable place to stay. The scenery from our rooms was very picturesque, overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the mountain. The owners of this place Cathy and Lew gave us that extra special attention that big hotels very often lack.

Stayed here one night over the long weekend in June with my partner and best friend. We chose the Maids Quarters which has two bedrooms. Lovely detail and very good quality furnishings and finishings. It was freezing that weekend (particularly for us Qlders) but the heating was adequate and I spent quite a few hours in the spa bath reading... More
