Our overnight unpowered campsite by the river was extremely pleasant. Facilities were clean and quite adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, despite our mid evening arrival. The Park is a short walk into town and the pub food was good.

Nothing stand out in terms of facilities, but our grassy powered site right on the river was wonderful. Our kids watched ducks and pelicans and enjoyed watching all the houseboats cruise past. Took us ages to check in as we couldn't find the manager and no-one answered the office bell. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We have just returned from a week at Willow Bend, originally we planned to stay two days then move onto free camp...my husband hurt his hip, so we stayed a few days which turned into a week, all three of us didn't want to leave this morning. We had an unpowered river front spot, amazing!! Warning though.. the river is... More

Nice park but unfortunately we got our cars broken into and all our holiday cash stolen, they left digital cameras, ipads, iphones, anything that could be traced I suppose.Mongrels even took a childs birthday money.Who ever it was must have been watching for quite a while as we were sleeping in swags near car.So be very wary .

This is not the fanciest park we have stay in but it was one of the most relaxing. Stayed 3 nights in a powered caravan site right on the river. If we were any closer we would have been in it. Could easily have stayed a lot longer. There was hardly any traffic noise and no speed boats when we... More

Stayed here in our caravan for 2 nights and were very pleased with that decision. Facilities were adequate and very clean, camp kitchen was good and it is a great location right on the banks of the Darling, just up stream from where it joins the Murray. One word of warning - if using Google Maps and coming from Mildura... More

Our first caravanning experience we found was great all we wanted to do was to relax and we did that, pat on your back for the cleanest of your toilet/shower block, the politeness of your staff and not to mention I had lost a bracelet and someone found it and handed it in so a big thank you (it in... I called in on the way home to Sydney and not only did I stay an extra few days I couldn't stop talking the guest were fabulous and so were the other people staying there. What a friendly environment and I thought those days were gone. According to some of the folk staying there the hosts work very hard and... More

We camped in a tent at Willow Bend for two nights having booked a riverside site. When we arrived the woman who signed us in ignored me when I told her we had booked a site and simply gave me a form to fill in. Once I had filled it in I advised her again that we had a booking... More
