Wasn't that clean , old and tired. Front bar had a good vibe and live music. The party was still going at 3 am, when we wanted to sleep at 10pm. Fair bit of road noise. We waited till 8am for breakfast but obviously the staff were still indisposed. Great party pub but not a great quiet couples place. Baby... More

If you want to see and experience the real Mt Victoria, you should stay here to see and meet the locals. The hotel has an old country feel, and is under new management. I've met the owners and they were very friendly and keen to show us the background of the hotel. It is slowly being renovated without completely losing it's... More

On the way to Bell with my children I saw a stunning old building "The Imperial Hotel". I felt like stopping by. We had our lunch and drinks. The food was amazing. My children loved the chips and chicken schnitzel. The staffs were very friendly. Definitely will pay a visit again.

Having visited the imperial hotel again after two years, it's a shame too see all the old smiling faces of the previous staff gone and replaced with an uninviting bartender, a shaggy looking publican and a general atmosphere of disarray. We were seated in the dining room for our dinner (a room which I might add, had spider webs visible... More

I visited the Imperial today. The Imperial has recently changed ownership and I think this might be what saves this hotel. The new ownership has grand ideas for this historical hotel with many of those ideas already being implemented. The new owners want to reincarnate this grand hotel to its former 1878 glory and old world charm. Unfortunately former owners... More

We stopped off at the Imperial Hotel for lunch as part of our Blue Mountain tour. The experience was very disappointing and we felt like we were in a time warp! The building itself is very dated as is the dining area where we had lunch. Our food was wasn't tasty and felt like it had been reheated many times.... More
