This review is for food only. In summer it's really nice to sit outside, looking over the park and mountains. In winter, you're more likely to end up at the dining room inside. It's got lovely old stained glass windows but is otherwise a bit worn. The food itself is decent pub food but don't expect anything else. It's a... More

We booked in here for a two-night Yulefest experience. On arrival the receptionist/barmaid knew nothing about Yulefest, told us we would have to speak to the owner. This should have been a warning to us. On the second morning after a night on the worst mattress on the planet, we were advised that we were the only two people attending... More

Worst experience of all time!. Blood on the sheets of each room (we booked two), no toilet paper in bathrooms, no staff available throughout the night (and in the morning to check out for 8am). Was not able to pay while checking in and could not afford to wait for someone to wake up (no contact details at reception) so... More

Very Average Experience - Stopped for dinner whilst caught in Traffic on Long WE. They had a nice fire in the public bar, yet refused to light the fire in the Family area which was freezing. Food was ordinary and the staff unfriendly. This place has so much potential shame to see it isn't being realised

I've been at Imperial Hotel few times before, last time 6 months ago. Always on weekend, we were stopping just for a dinner. It's convenient location for people going to/from the Blue Mountains. Before it was all right, not deluxe but food was good and old charm of historical building made you feel warm and somewhat nostalgic. They had a... More

Hotel has a lot of history and is well located to numerous local places of interest, a lovely area to visit. Owner was friendly, staff were ok, room was big and clean. Old places like this are a challenge to keep warm and maintain.

My Group has had 2 events at The Imperial Hotel in Mt Victoria and experienced really tasty meals. Not one person had complaints out of 27. The meals arrived fast and the service was friendly and warm. I stayed at the Hotel and found the beds very comfy and the room very clean. The prices are amazing! I would recommend... More

After reading the recent reviews I was nervous about going to the Imperial, but once I got there I did not regret my choices. When ordering my food the lovely bartender was more than happy to give her undivided attention to me, even with it being extremely busy. She was happy to answer my questions. After the short wait for... More

I note from other reviews that we have had the same dismal experience. However, I understand that improvements are being made, this place needs to be closed until it has been totally refurbished a few improvements will not make up for the scruffy dirty interior. Our room was 'The Imperial Suite', "that's the nice room " the girl said as... More

... these are my family roots so we always stop here when visiting the Blue Mountains ... Elijah welcomed us @ the front door, immediately gave Sam 🐾 a bowl of water & settled us onto the comfortable leather Chesterfield sofas to enjoy an ale or two ... now bare in mind this is an historical venue and the publican...
