We spent two nights at Secrets and I really wish it could have been longer. Set in stunning grounds are three self-contained suites. Upon arrival we were greeted by Seenuan. She is absolutely delightful and could not have been more welcoming. We were staying in the Maid’s Suite and Seenuan guided us there, explaining the facilities and amenities available. Nothing... The accommodation was delightful, and the owner See (Seenuan) was so helpful and generous; she provided home-laid eggs and home-baked bread, local bacon and sausages etc. The 1920s environment was part real, part faux period, but very cosy with a wood-burning stove, very comfortable Queen bed and a large spa bath, which we'd never tried before but was fantastic after... We stayed in the Loft suite. We were greeted by the owner and made feel so welcome. We were shown to our suite and on opening the door you could smell the freshly baked bread. There was a great breakfast supply from fresh eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, fruit, cereals and yoghurt. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very well... More

Stayed in the chauffeur's room with hubby for a two night stay. This is the only king bed room. Our friends stayed in the maid's room with a queen bed. There are three rooms total. Andre was very sociable when he was around, never saw his wife. Enjoyed having a kitchenette with breakfast accommodations, but the rooms did seem in... More

Secrets is such a gorgeous place to stay. Very old-worldy, quiet and peaceful. You receive a lovely welcome upon arrival, personally shown to your suite where you are shown your cache of fresh made bread and eggs from the property's own chooks. Beautiful rooms, large baths, decently appointed kitchenettes, bath robes and fire places - what more could you want!!... More

Had 2 nights in the Maids suite but looked at all 3 and would be happy to stay in them all. The new owners are such lovely people and are working hard to keep the standards high. This is not a place for people that want a modern hotel room- it has lace curtains and gold taps! It is old... More

Secrets Hideaway has just changed hands and is now owned by the some couple who own the Thai takeaway in the town centre. I believe that i was their first guest, they had only been in the place for a couple of days. However the service and breakfast was great, I was even given food for my luch the following... More

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend away recently and we loved it! We were in the Loft suite, which is the smallest, but still very roomy! The gardens and old buildings are like a time machine, transporting you back to an earlier age, which has a very relaxing effect! The breakfast provisions were also very generous and... More

Secrets was really easy to find, and as you arrive the owner greets you, takes you into reception and asks you about the reason for your visit, activities you enjoy, etc. From this he is able to recommend activities around the Blue Mountains to suit you using his local knowledge. The rooms were perfect, unfortunately I don't remember the name... More

We stayed on a Sunday night after a lovely long lunch at Little Hartley. The owner had the fire going for us on arrival, as well as freshly baked bread and fresh eggs to go with the selection of cereals for breakfast. The cottage was quite large with a separate bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and bathroom with spa. It was... More
