My wife and myself had the pleasure of staying at this charming Motel. I am a member of Rotary International and we travel to many locations and often discuss with other Rotarians of the lovely places we have stayed. We will be expressing our satisfaction of this charming establishment to many of our friends. The Reception here is very friendly... More

I stayed here for one night with my partner as we explored the blue mountains. The room was nice enough with a tv, toaster, kettle etc. the bed was quite nice and rather warm. We did stay in a room quite close to the highway though, I sleep with ear plugs and could still hear the highway noise. I can... More

Located on the main highway just outside the centre of black health, this is a convenient spot to explore the Blue Mountains from. The room was pleasant, but don't expect 4 or 5 star quality or any views. Seems to be at the high end of highway Motels in the Blue Mountains though.

We decided to stay in Blackheath as it was cheaper than A few other places we looked at and were very happy. Although the rooms are a bit dated they are clean, comfortable and spacious. The owners are really friendly and happy to help. Our room had all we needed. Large comfy bed, small table and chairs, tv and hot... More

From the name of this place and the exterior, we expected a run of the mill motor inn. We were pleasently surprised. The rooms here are *gorgeous*. Dark wood and very comfortable. Clean sheets, plenty of pillows. Room opened onto beautiful gardens with a seating area at each door. The owners were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local... More

First impressions very good with very friendly lady/owner at reception. Uncovered car parking but the actual unit looked comfortable..rough sawn stained timber was the decor for the unit block..which was unique to my experience.. The evening I stayed ...there was drizzling rain and was quite mild. I presume the wooden doors would be thermally efficient on a cold blowy winters... More

The motel was conveniently placed so that it is within walkable distances to shops and parks and also restaurants. It was a good stay and a short distance from multiple blue mountain trails. The rooms were normal size for motor inns but had everything necessary.

We stopped in for one night traveling west, the staff were helpful and the place has a nice feel. The solid timber doors and fittings were a nice feature. The bed was large and very comfy and the shower was hot (very important for tired travelers!). There was access to a little garden courtyard but we didn't go out there.... More

The inn is easy to find and located beside the motorway. It is walking distance (around 5-10 minutes) to cafes and restaurants and I highly recommend Piedmont Inn Restaurant for their pasta. We booked 2 family rooms which were unfortunately at the front of the inn, beside the motorway. Being light sleepers, my family and I had a bad night... More
