So sorry you waited till the morning to contact reception re the missing milk. You arrived quite early in the day so the problem could have easily been rectified. We do offer all guests the choice of a jug of milk on arrival. As to the rudeness, I don't think I was rude when I asked you to refrain from smoking... More

Came here with a few friends before starting uni. Must say we were pleasantly surprised with the cabins. They had one decently sized queen bed and a single bed. Basics were provided like kettle, fridge etc. The owners Albert and Carrol were lovely, would definitely come again!

Very clean and a nice shower. There were a few negatives. The electric blanket was only working on one side and made for an icy bed. This would not normally be a problem but given that it had been snowing earlier it was quite cold. The heating was a little on the inadequate side. There was a heater in the... More

The room was clean and comfortable, around 3 and a half star. It had a rustic theme with beams and wooden doors suited to its mountain location. We couldn't get the electric blanket on one side of the bed to work at all which was a problem given that it was probably the coldest night of the year. However, the... More

As UK travellers driving around the Blue Mountains one weekend we managed to get a last minute booking to stop over at this place. Greeted by a lovely welcoming lady who runs the place with her husband. We had a little lodge with cosy bed and plenty of heating. All you want after a day of walking. Ideal location from... More

I stayed here for 1 night with another Adult and 1 child. For 3 star accommodation this is good value. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, the location handy and you can tell the motel is well loved and maintained. The rooms open onto a garden at the back which is a nice feature and free wifi. Overall... More

I stayed her in the late 1980s. It was a reasonable quality motel. I stayed here this week like old home week. Not much different. Same decor. They call it chalet type with lots of wood and a raked ceiling. A great little motel, probably rates 3.5. Quaint bits- there are 6 separate light switches and I counted 10 power... More

Stayed two nights with a group of hikers in a self guided inn to inn walking tour. Having owned a 3 star motel for many years I am both critical and fussy. Delighted to report that this motel met my expectation of a three star highway motor inn. Clean room, good bed, nice towels and bed linen, electric blanket, awesomely... More

I have stayed at Blackheath Motor Inn before, and returned this April 2015, the motel is well located in Blackheath and close to all attractions. It is located on the highway so there is passing traffic noise but i found the room relatively quiet although there is some train noise but Blackheath is located on the main western line and... Stayed for one night mainly because of good location in the Blue Mountains. Our room was very comfortable with all the usual conveniences, overall a very nice motel. Road and trains caused a bit of noise, but not enough to affect sleep and probably a common issue throughout a lot of Blue Mountains towns anyway. Breakfast is available at very... More
