My boyfriend and I stayed at Willow Barns for 1 night after a wedding in the local area. The rooms have been been exceptionally well decorated and although our room had no shower, it had a beautiful bath and much appreciated under-floor heating. The bed was huge and provided an excellent night's sleep. There were also lots of facilities for... More

My husband and I needed a one night break to relax and this was just the job, if only it had been longer. We were surprised that it wasn't a power shower, but then they're not very eco-friendly anyway, and I don't want to sounds like a spoilt madam! All the other positive reviews say it all, nothing else I... More

My husband and I stayed one night here, and were very impressed with the accomodation. There are five bedrooms, and are situated around a court yard. Our room was very comfortable with a huge bed, and lovely bedding. There were lots of little extras such as dressing gowns, two bars of chocolate, toffees and tea and coffee. The bathroom had... A lovely setting. We were given a very warm welcome, very nice hosts. The rooms are nicely decorated, a bit too twee for my liking, the bed was comfortable, nice little touches such as bars of chocolate. The ceilings are quite high and could do with a feather duster over them, cobwebs. The biggest let down was the breakfast. Firstly... More

I am sorry you weren't happy with your sausages, they are locally sourced from our butcher who only uses local produce, and are not cheap at all! We always offer a vegetarian, and many other options for breakfast, our guests only have to ask. I think you will find that our prices are very competitive for the particular week that... More

Fantastic little B & B in converted barns behind the White Horse Pub in Graffham. Our hostess, Wendy, met us on arrival and showed us round. The rooms are wonderful, decorated to a high standard in a fantastic setting with fields and hills around you. Breakfast was brilliant and you could have what you wanted. There was always a lovely... I visit Willow Barns each year spending several nights there., and each time when I regrettably depart I book my next trip up in the diary. The accommodation is magnificent, the setting is awesome, the breakfasts (wide choice) will set you up for the day as will the humour and good nature of the people serving you. Unconditionally recommended

My husband and I had a most enjoyable 2 night stay at Willow Barns. It was the best B&B by far during out 7 day break visiting East and West Sussex - and if we'd had more time we would have stayed here longer. We were enchanted not only by the beautiful luxurious room and very superior en suite facility... More

My husband and I booked a 2 night stay here. We were enchanted, not only with the lovely luxurious room and ensuite facility but also the patio garden and fantastic breakfasts - particularly the 'summer fruits'! Everything was absolutely 'spot on'! Wendy, who cooked and served our delicious breaksfasts, was very pleasant and helpful as was the owner Amanda who... More

We stayed about a week at willow barns. The view onto the downs was lovely. Our breakfasts were great and we were well looked after by Wendy. I would certainly stay here again. The only down side was the exit light above the door, we assumed it is a requirement but it did create quite a bit of light in... More
